Flipkart acquires minority stake in travel tech startup TravClan

Flipkart has acquired a minority stake in Delhi-based B2B travel tech startup TravClan. The investment aims to bolster Flipkart’s international travel offerings and expand holiday packages provided by its subsidiaries, Cleartrip and Flipkart Travel. The capital will support TravClan in team expansion across engineering and business development, as well as enhancing its global supply and technology capabilities.
फ्लिपकार्ट ने दिल्ली स्थित B2B ट्रैवल टेक स्टार्टअप TravClan में अल्पांश हिस्सेदारी खरीदी है। इस निवेश का उद्देश्य फ्लिपकार्ट की अंतरराष्ट्रीय यात्रा पेशकशों को मजबूत करना और Cleartrip व फ्लिपकार्ट ट्रैवल द्वारा पेश किए जाने वाले हॉलिडे पैकेज का विस्तार करना है। यह पूंजी TravClan को इंजीनियरिंग और बिजनेस डेवलपमेंट में टीम विस्तार के साथ-साथ अपनी तकनीक को बेहतर बनाने में मदद करेगी।
